  • Aspire Rehab Limited is an independent rehabilitation company, specialising in expert Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy to individuals at their own residence ( own home or a care home). We specialise in home based Neurological and Elderly Care Rehabilitation.
  • Since established in 2014, we have consistently delivered therapy services in your own friendly environment which are both responsive and cost effective. We are proud of our reputation and high quality of care and aim to not just satisfy our clients but to amaze them with our results. Hence, we receive lots of referrals by word of mouth recommendations and through other therapy colleagues.
  • From 2021, we started providing clinic based Neurological Rehab at Ealing Physio Clinic (Ealing, London) and Sports and Spinal Physio Clinic (Brentwood, Essex). We work in partnership with Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy team and Speech Therapy team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation to people with multidisciplinary needs.
  • Recently we started providing clinic based private physiotherapy services at Grove Surgery (Romford , Essex).

OUR SERVICES

  • We provide Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services at home, care homes, local clinics or other locations.
  • We accept Self-Referrals, Referrals from GP, Case Managers, Care Home, NHS Hospital and Community Teams and other Social care professionals.
  • Our assessments and treatments take place in your chosen environment (home, local gym, day centre, work place etc) to ensure our approach is truly client centred.
    We have various packages to suit the patient’s needs and we use a range of equipments to provide comprehensive therapy including Neuro Ball, GripAble, FES, TENS, Saebo and various exercise modalities.

Director and Lead Physiotherapist

Sateeshwaran Palanisamy MPT (Neurology), PSI, MCSP.

Chartered Physiotherapist, HCPC & CSP Member

Sateesh is a specialist Neuro physiotherapist with over 23 years of experience in NHS and private sector. He has a master’s degree in Physiotherapy (specialising in Neurology) and a qualification as a Postural stability instructor (2007, at Later Life Training, UK). Sateesh always strives to widen his knowledge and experiences in Neurological Rehabilitation through various courses like Bobath and Movement Science, Splinting, FES, Taping for Neurological conditions, Bridges self management, coaching for health, Independent prescribing,  Posture management for people with complex disabilities and working in a variety of hospital and community settings. Sateesh aslo has extensive experience in elderly care and Falls prevention, running falls groups and Parkinson’s Groups, and won outstanding contribution of the year award for his work on falls prevention and producing a booklet.  Sateesh has participated in Proact 65+ research as a postural stability instructor. He also completed Independent prescribing at Hertfordshire University (UK), and gained specialised knowledge and experience in pain and spasticity management. Post graduate certification on Posture management (at Oxford Brookes University), helped in advancing his skills on complex posture management of complex disabilities. He is proficient in use of Acupuncture, TENS, FES, Saebo, Neuroball and other technologies for Neuro Rehabilitation. Sateesh believes in an integrated approach and collaborative working with family/carers to maximize the functional recovery.

Hubert Sakkariyas: BOT, MSc Psychology, PG Dip Neurology

Lead Occupational Therapist.

Hubert is a highly specialist Neuro Occupational Therapist with more than 23 years’ experience of working in the NHS and private sector. Hubert has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and has completed a further postgraduate diploma in Neurological Rehabilitation from Oxford Brookes University.

He has particular specialisation in neurological rehabilitation and also has a wide range of clinical experience in the rehabilitation of people with spinal injury, brain injury, Stroke, amputations and multimorbidity management. He is skilled in completing complex needs assessment, goal setting and treatment planning including seating and postural management, home adaptations and provision of equipment.

He also works as an Expert Witness, preparing Rehabilitation costing reports in personal injury and medical negligence cases and has completed Expert Witness training. Hubert has special interest in functional rehabilitation and Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) incorporating technologies like Saebo, NeuroBall and Functional Electrical Stimulation

Lucille Payet

Chartered Physiotherapist, HCPC & CSP Member

Lucille has 32 years of experience as a chartered Physiotherapist, specialising in Neuro-rehabilitation for the last 23 years in the NHS and private sector. She has extensive experience in rehabilitation of Stroke, head injury, Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions. She uses various approaches and treatment techniques including Constraint induced Movement therapy, movement science, Bobath approach and she is proficient in posture and seating assessment, tone management and splinting.  She has a special interest in Parkinson’s disease and stroke rehabilitation.

Lynda Beadnall

Chartered Physiotherapist, HCPC & CSP Member

Lynda has over 30 years of specialist Neurological experience as a senior clinician in London hospitals, and more recently at the specialist care homes managed by the charity Leonard Cheshire. Within these settings Lynda has provided the assessment and therapy for patients presenting with a variety of Neurological conditions.

Lynda has a particular interest in pain and spasticity management, seating and postural management, and worked in wheelchair service managing complex seating needs. Lynda finds optimising patients rehabilitation potential both within and outside home environment a rewarding experience.

Lynda is passionate about providing high quality assessment, setting goals and facilitating everyday activities.

Gopishankar Murugesan MPT, MCSP

Chartered Physiotherapist, HCPC & CSP Member

Gopishankar is a highly specialist Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience in the NHS and private sector. He has been mainly working in Elderly care and Neurological Rehabilitation at inpatient and community settings.  He has a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (2002) and also completed independent prescribing (Hertfordshire University, UK) with special interest in pain and spasticity management.

Geetha sooriyacumar

Chartered Physiotherapist, HCPC & CSP Member

Geetha Sooriya qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from St George’s Medical School. She is a senior physiotherapist with over 15 years of NHS experience.  She has worked in busy acute hospitals and community settings in and around London.

Geetha Specialises in care of the elderly, orthopaedics, post surgical rehab, falls management, balance training and Neuro rehabilitation. Special interests include Parkinson Disease and stroke.

She enjoys maximising a person’s rehab potential, increasing their independence and working on their goals. Patients often describe her as patient, encouraging and optimistic.

On a personal level Geetha is a keen dancer and performed at various venues including London Arena, Royal Festival Hall and was lucky enough to perform at the Olympic Closing Ceremony. Also enjoy reading, travelling and working out.

Laura Sullivan

Chartered Physiotherapist, HCPC & CSP Member

Laura graduated as a Physiotherapist from Cardiff University in 2016. Since then, she has worked in the NHS across a wide variety of areas including neurology, elderly rehabilitation, post surgical and Orthopaedics, falls management and paediatrics.

Laura enjoys working with clients at home to target rehabilitation around activities most important to the individual.

Lakshmi Tulasi Bodepudi

Chartered Physiotherapist, HCPC & CSP Member, PSI

Lakshmi qualified in 2001, started her career as a Junior Physio and made her progression to senior physiotherapy role in mental health, community services and orthopaedics. She has over 10 years of experience as senior Physiotherapist in various, undertaking assessments with holistic approach, devise treatment and management plans by creating individualised care plans. She is a qualified Postural stability instructor and also completed foundation level in Hydrotherapy.

She has experience of leading balance and strength group sessions for management of falls, group therapy sessions to improve service user’s mental health and physical health.
