We provide Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services at home, care homes, local clinics or other locations.
We accept Self-Referrals, Referrals from GP, Case Managers, Care Home, NHS Hospital and Community Teams and other Social care professionals.
Our assessments and treatments take place in your chosen environment (home, local gym, day centre, work place etc) to ensure our approach is truly client centred. We have various packages to suit the patient’s needs and we use a range of equipments to provide comprehensive therapy including Neuro Ball, GripAble, FES, TENS, Saebo and various exercise modalities.
